Cancel subscription

I have had a dashlane subscription for a couple of years but no longer using it. Tried to cancel on the website unsuccessfully.

I finally found a phone number and spoke to a person who informed me that someone would call me to cancel it. That did not happen so I contacted AMX and asked them to cancel the payment to Dashlane which was posted on the 26th of December.

For years, I have been able to access Dashlane by face ID. I have long forgotten my password. Face ID didn't work and I was locked out with hundreds of PW's lost. There was NO way to reactivate face ID and I did not have a recovery key. Have to start all over again. Ridiculous. Horrific waste of time.
