I had work done on my computer, and I now do not have access to Dashlane on the computer. It tried to have me set up a new account (which I unfortunately did before I realized what was going on), and a screen about plug-ins keeps popping up every time I go on the internet.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I talked to a young lady on the phone.

Of course, it was difficult to find the number as most software/service companies hide their direct phone numbers. Once we discussed she looked up my account and verified that I had cancelled it some time ago.

She apologized, issued a refund, and thanked me for calling in. A very nice "english speaking" young lady.

They charged me and I moved to Keeper a very long time ago.

They have lots of published customer service phone numbers on the web, but all of them go nowhere.

There is nothing else that I need to say, this minimum number of characters is just another mess.

This is wonderful. An app that makes you mad about being mad about an app.

They never answered email and have no phone number for customers

No customer support! I am very disappointed in them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Managed to find another device that was still logged in to my email, and managed to get the 2fa from there

Had to do a fa tory reset on my phone.

I can't log into Google or my Email without my super complicated passwords, can't download the app without my Google password and I can't log into Dashlane website to get those passwords because the 2FA goes to my email that I can't access without the password from within Dashlane. Can't contact Dashlane because they have a retarded chat bot that doesn't want to connect me to an agent.

Complaint

I called the number I was given online (800) 952-****. That was the California Dept of Consumer Affairs! I also called (212) 596-**** and got a mailbox full response. Getting assistance from Dashlane is a joke. I represent 2.3 million New Yorkers in a large union and I'm going to tell them about problems with Dashlane.

Double charged

Cant get a hold of anybody on the phone. Need to get some talk to someone about being double charged and I cant get anybody on the phone to help me getting very frustrated.

Wish I could at least talk to someone about my account. Now Im having to count my number of words to be able to talk to someone.

IPhone 16. Incapable d’avoir accès à Dashlane.

The problem is still présent.

I have access to Dashlane on my computer and on my iPad but I am unable to access Dashline on my iPhone. I am asked for double identification when I do not have access to double identification. When the code is sent to me on my SMS, it is my spouse who receives it and it does not work.
