PIN doesn't work

My second attempt with my PIN failed, so I can't log in. I am 80 years old, and my finger shakes; that was the problem, not that I don't know my PIN number. How can I fix this?

I don't like being taken advantage of being lied to. No customer service.

Can't talk to the customer, a person and and lifetime. You're feeding into situations where you should not be in at back in my phone information.

1. Cannot sign in and 2) need to know were my account stands

I have been using Dashlane for years, but now I can't sign in. I also want to know where my account stands: did I pay? Do I have Dashlane on my phone, iPad, and desktop?

Preferred solution: Used it for years. Now I.can't sign in. Also can't get any info on my account - whether I have paid. Telephone numbers provided for customer support are useless or out of date.

User's recommendation: Good for storing and using sign - in info. Not so good in customer support.

Dashlanehas not gotten any better. It is just like every other greedy company. It is trying make up its loses that accured during the pandemic. People are struggling to get back on their feet.

Trying to setup dash lane

No one my call to you just long beep. I need help to set up Dash Lane.

I had work done on my computer, and I now do not have access to Dashlane on the computer. It tried to have me set up a new account (which I unfortunately did before I realized what was going on), and a screen about plug-ins keeps popping up every time I go on the internet.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I talked to a young lady on the phone.

Of course, it was difficult to find the number as most software/service companies hide their direct phone numbers. Once we discussed she looked up my account and verified that I had cancelled it some time ago.

She apologized, issued a refund, and thanked me for calling in. A very nice "english speaking" young lady.

They charged me and I moved to Keeper a very long time ago.

They have lots of published customer service phone numbers on the web, but all of them go nowhere.

There is nothing else that I need to say, this minimum number of characters is just another mess.

This is wonderful. An app that makes you mad about being mad about an app.
